MEMORIES through Social clubs

KRA’s / KPI’s don't create experiences and fond memories, its the purpose of the employee in the organisation which does, the same way events and get togethers don't create engagement it is the social and interest clubs which do

A large Indian MNC with an employee base of over 18000 employees spread across 3 generations and 16 geographies wanted to bind them to ensure a singularity in their outlook and leading to engagement. We conducted Aspiration Study to understand the undercurrent and designed social interest clubs across various interest domains which was Generation and Geography agnostic. A Framework was created to empower the employees to manage these clubs with independent budgets, SOP was drawn for do’s and don't in line with the Values of the organisation and the initial ideation calendar was drawn with the employees.
