Street Plays Change Management

Change Management is a serious issue / situation and mere mails from some Senior Management email box will not sink or sync the desired message

The organisation was taking a large transformational jump in terms of its Performance Appraisal System from Semi Automated Excel Sheets to large Artificial Intelligence / Big Data driven Performance Management System with on line tracking of conversations throughout the year and many other features two important finding came out as part of diagnosis study, lack of awareness that this change is coming and secondly a degree of cynicism why is this change required. Based on the findings Street Plays of around 8-12 minutes were designed which were played during lunch and tea breaks across floors and cafeteria. Five Plays were written on various dimensions of the changes - ranging why this is change is good to how manage the anxiety of team members to what are advantages that are coming up
