Super Heroes / High Potentials in the organisation expect more than the Routine Rewards & Recognition.
The High Potential Club consisted of around 30 employees across various Functions and Geographies. The Aspiration study revealed that they had few commonalities which roughly translated into - CEO / Management Aspiration, Research / Learning Aspiration and Celebration / Influence Aspiration. Based on further analysis a detailed annualised calendar was designed and executed. For the Research / Learning Aspiration group on a quarterly basis An Evening with Noble Laureate was organised on quarterly basis and for the Celebration / Influence Aspiration members an opportunity to work from the CEO cabin for a week was conducted
